Learn how to use props to best support your poses. We will explore the use of props in seated, standing, balance, and restorative poses. We will use straps, blocks, bolsters, blankets, the wall, and each other as props. This workshop is appropriate for all levels. Please register ahead to reserve your spot due to limited space.
